Software Engineer II, Design Engineering – Nike
Who You Will Work With
The Consumer Product & Innovation Design Engineering team develops 2D and 3D tools to enable virtual digital product creation.
Our unique team brings together people from VFX, games, visualization, and more to transform the design and visualization process.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a software engineer who can design and write code.
This is an individual role on a team that creates pipelines and tools.
We want someone with a background in software engineering who has experience in the delivery of visual output, whether it be games, film, simulation, or equivalent expertise.
Experience working with teams in a highly collaborative environment.
3+ years of experience writing code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training3+ years’ experience in technology & software engineering roles.Extensive expertise in computer graphics.Experience with 3D tools (Adobe Substance 3D, Blender, Unreal, Unity), visualization, game development.Experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban) processes.
What You’ll Work On
You will develop in collaboration with a team of engineers building out tooling for our Enterprise facing applications that are part of Nike’s Design domain.
We are developing 2D and 3D focused tools for virtual production creation and visualization, as well as supporting the related workflows.
