Location: Greenwood Village (Denver Metro Area), CO
Work Schedule: Hybrid — 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Business Systems Analyst / Web Developer to join our team in Greenwood Village, CO.
This hybrid role bridges the gap between technical execution and business needs.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of Business Analysis expertise (requirements gathering, workflow design, UAT) and hands-on Web Development skills (WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, enterprise application support).
Whether you started as a developer and shifted into BA work, or began as a BA and expanded into full-stack web development, your ability to wear both hats will be central to your success here.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, perform gap analyses, map workflow processes, and author technical documentation.Web Development & Customization: Develop, maintain, and customize WordPress sites, custom plugins, and themes using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Database & Server Management: Write and optimize SQL queries (MySQL), and assist with hosting/environment configurations across IIS, Apache, and Linux servers.Deployment & CI/CD: Utilize Git source control and manage CI/CD deployment pipelines via Azure DevOps.Testing & Production Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform functional testing, and provide ongoing application support and troubleshooting for production systems.Enterprise System Integration: Collaborate on integrations involving Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Core Experience:
Dual expertise in Business Systems Analysis and Web Development (either prior BA experience transitioning to recent Web Developer experience, or vice versa).Hands-on experience with WordPress development, plugin/theme customization, and web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).Proficiency in database querying and management using SQL and MySQL.Experience with server environments including IIS, Apache, and Linux.Knowledge of Git source control and Azure DevOps deployment pipelines.Demonstrated experience with UAT execution, system troubleshooting, and production support.
Location & Onsite Requirements:
Must be based in or willing to commute to Greenwood Village, CO.Ability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday every week.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, integration, or support.Background supporting complex enterprise application ecosystems.
