Description

Job DescriptionHave an enforcement presence that discourages illegitimate behavior on/off the field. This may mean issuing warnings to the riders breaking guidelines.Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns, observe problem areas, behaviors and provide inputs.Check and make sure riders are using all talabat branded gears (uniform, bag, box, mask, gloves etc). At the same time flag non-talabat riders using talabat rider gears to maintain brand consistency on the road.Find out riders not maintaining hygiene standards of their uniform, food bag/box and keeping their bikes timely serviced.On the spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya etc) as per local laws.Monitor and control the rider’s behavior towards restaurant/customer and vice versa.Visit high restaurant density areas during demand peak times to ensure riders are maintaining safe distance.Assist riders community (irrespective of the company) in emergency situations (accidents, breakdowns etc)Perform the vital public services of protecting life and property. Assist people in need (community support)Maintain your presence on the ground as Talabat’s face.
