Job Title: Quality Engineer Location: Toronto, ON Work Arrangement: Onsite (hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months Domain: BFSI Pay Rate: CAD 50-55/hour Incorporated Application Deadline: July 31st, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Mandatory Skills: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and Playwright.Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases for complex trading applications.Perform component-level, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality and reliability.Validate application functionality and data integrity using SQL for backend verification.Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects throughout the SDLC.Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster releases.Experience in financial/trading platforms with a strong focus on scalable, high-quality automation solutions is highly preferred.
