What You'll Do Lead a senior software engineering team focused on AI-native product developmentDrive delivery across multiple engineering organizations and platform teamsPartner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to execute an ambitious roadmapScale engineering processes while enabling experienced engineers to own technical directionManage hiring, mentoring, performance, and career growth for a high-caliber teamDeliver iterative releases in a rapidly evolving AI landscape What They're Looking For 8+ years of software engineering experience2+ years of people management experience leading software engineersStrong background building Python backend and distributed systemsExperience leading large cross-functional initiatives, migrations, or platform integrationsComfortable making technical trade-offs while delivering against ambitious timelinesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Experience building LLM, Generative AI, or agentic AI productsEnterprise SaaS experienceExperience with document intelligence, search, or knowledge platformsTrack record of growing senior engineers into technical leaders Why This Role?
