Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our clients and improving their experience with our platform. We’re seeking a team player who is eager to learn, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing small development tasks. You will work closely with the activation and development teams to resolve technical and functional issues, ensure timely handling of incidents and service requests, and contribute to enhancing the platform’s overall performance and functionality. Build and maintain small features and enhancements Troubleshoot and fix PHP-related bugs and issues Work with MySQL databases, APIs, roles, and permissions Handle customer support tickets within defined SLAs Investigate and resolve technical and functional system issues in collaboration with internal teams Follow up on reported issues with other teams until resolution Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to system performance and usability Requirements Experience with PHP Good knowledge of MySQL Basic understanding of APIs Ability to read and understand existing codebases Basic frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) Good communication skills in English Reliable, proactive, and fast executor
