Description

At Lungteh, we are developing Maritime Vehicles to safeguard and secure the waters of Taiwan. Our mission is fueled by a passion for creating innovative solutions that address maritime challenges and enhance operational safety. As a Full Stack Engineer you will be creating a state-of-the-art Ground Control Station (GCS), which serves as the central interface for mission planning, real-time monitoring, and remote control of the USV. This platform will become the foundation for ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal decision-making during autonomous missions. We are looking for individuals that are have a passion for naval operations and want to contribute Taiwan's security. At our company, you will have an opportunity to learn about and work on the following: Web-based GCS Development: Designing responsive and high-performance interfaces using Vue.js. Backend System Architecture: Building scalable APIs and services using FastAPI. System Integration: Deploying and managing applications in a Linux environment. Robotics Integration: Interfacing web systems with ROS 2 (Robot Operating System) data. Containerization & DevOps: Utilizing Docker and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development. 【Responsibilities】 Understand operational requirements for the Ground Control Station (GCS). Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Vue.js and FastAPI. Collaborate closely with the robotics team to visualize sensor data and control states. Produce comprehensive technical documentation, training material and experimental reports. Ensure system stability and performance in a Linux-based environment. Develop and execute unit test, peer reviews, harbor and sea trials to validate design and software quality. Travel to customer sites to analyze, trouble shoot and resolve technical issues. 【Requirements】 BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Solid experience in web development (Frontend and Backend). Proficient in at least one front-end and one back-end technology. Familiarity with Linux operating systems. Good English reading and writing skills. Proactive attitude with a strong passion for Maritime Vehicles research and development. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools. 【Nice to Have】 Proficiency in Vue.js framework and FastAPI. Experience with ROS 2 (Robot Operating System). Experience with Docker and container orchestration. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
