Through our interface, businesses can record the things they do and automatically get an agent which repeats those actions on their behalf.
We are growing quickly and looking for founding engineer based on Stockholm for our engineering team.
Role Description As a Founding Software Engineer at Stackbirds, you will design, implement, and maintain core back-end services and APIs that power our products.
You will work closely with founders and cross-functional partners to define technical requirements, choose frameworks and tooling, and establish engineering best practices.
Day-to-day responsibilities include writing production-quality code, performing code reviews, improving system performance and reliability, and contributing to architecture decisions.
You will also help build continuous integration and deployment pipelines, monitor systems in production, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA, with significant influence on the company’s technical roadmap and engineering culture.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with modern languages and frameworks.Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, building and maintaining APIs and services.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns.Experience designing scalable architectures, working with databases, and integrating third-party services.Comfort with DevOps practices such as version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.Ability to operate in a startup environment: ownership mindset, adaptability, and strong communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
