In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.
Project
Join an international team of Lithuanian and German engineers developing advanced medical devices for mechanical lung ventilation.
You will work on a diverse portfolio ranging from legacy products to next-generation high-performance ventilators designed for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
Your work will directly contribute to improving patient care across a variety of healthcare environments.
Work
As part of the Verification & Validation team, you will collaborate closely with software and hardware engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing verification and validation activities, including:
Designing, writing, and executing manual test casesAnalyzing test results and investigating defectsIdentifying root causes and collaborating with development teams to resolve issuesReviewing product requirements for completeness and testabilityDocumenting test results, technical findings, and verification evidence
Requirements
We're looking for a Manual Test Engineer with experience in system-level testing, ideally involving hardware devices, as well as:
3+ years of experience in software or system testingGood understanding of software testing methodologies, requirements traceability, and defect managementExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Bitbucket, IBM Engineering Test Management (RQM/ETM), or IBM DOORS is an advantageStrong technical documentation and written communication skillsExperience collaborating within cross-functional, international teamsExperience in the medical device industry or another regulated environment is an advantageISTQB certification is a plusExcellent written and spoken English
