The Opportunity:
As a Frontend Engineer you will join our Technology team and help build scalable, high-performing web applications that support FIT HUB's digital products and business growth.
You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver user-focused experiences across our website, lead generation platforms, and internal systems.
What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScriptBuild and enhance customer-facing and internal platforms, including websites, lead generation flows, and operational dashboardsCollaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiencesEnsure applications are performant, scalable, accessible, and reliableWrite clean, maintainable, and reusable code while contributing to code reviews and engineering best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecksContribute to frontend architecture, reusable components, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We Need:
4+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering or Web DevelopmentStrong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSSExperience building and maintaining production web applicationsFamiliarity with API integration, state management, and modern frontend development practicesUnderstanding of web performance, responsive design, and frontend optimizationExperience with Git and collaborative software development workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyGood communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
