Senior FX UI React Developer
Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about building high-performance trading applications that power global financial markets? We're looking for a Senior FX UI React Developer to join a highly skilled engineering team developing next-generation foreign exchange (FX) platforms.
You'll play a key role in designing scalable, modern front-end solutions while influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React applications for complex financial products.Build scalable, maintainable, and performant user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver business-critical features.Lead technical discussions, architectural decisions, and large-scale application improvements.Champion best practices through code reviews, testing, and knowledge sharing.Ensure applications meet high standards for security, performance, accessibility, and reliability.Mentor other developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
What You'll Bring
Extensive commercial experience with React and strict TypeScript.Strong knowledge of advanced React concepts including custom hooks, component architecture, performance optimisation, context, and error boundaries.Experience with TanStack React Query and Apollo Client (GraphQL).Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and code quality.Experience with Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright for unit, component, and end-to-end testing.Ability to lead architectural decisions and drive improvements across shared codebases.
Nice to Have
Experience with Vite, pnpm monorepos, or micro-frontend architecture.Knowledge of AG Grid, React Hook Form, and Zod.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility.Experience with scripting, automation, or developer tooling.
