Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.About the role We are looking for a proactive and organized Global IT Asset & Service Desk Specialist to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the company’s technology runs smoothly on a global scale. You will be responsible for centralizing and standardizing our hardware, support, and provisioning processes for all our employees, regardless of which country they are in. Your daily responsibilities will include: Global Inventory and Asset Management: Prepare, implement, and maintain an efficient international inventory control system. In addition, you will be responsible for standardizing the imaging (OS imaging) and configuration system for deploying equipment across all our international locations. Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the technology lifecycle for employees. You will be responsible for preparing, configuring, and delivering equipment to new hires, as well as for recovering, formatting, and revoking access for departing employees. Purchasing and Procurement: Lead the procurement of technology inventory (laptops, peripherals, licenses, etc.) internationally, ensuring that every office and remote employee has the necessary equipment in a timely and appropriate manner, while managing supplier relationships. International Ticketing Management: Administer the company’s helpdesk system, resolving incidents, prioritizing tasks, and providing first- and second-level support to users in different time zones. About you 1 to 3 years of prior experience in help desk, IT support, or systems technician roles. High level of English (required, as you will manage purchases and provide support on an international level). Experience using ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice, etc.). Knowledge of device deployment, MDM management (Intune, WS1, etc.), and operating systems (Windows / macOS). Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
