Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps & Python Platform Engineering Specialist to join a high-impact Enterprise Technology Services team. This role focuses on building, automating, and supporting enterprise content management platforms while driving modernization, reliability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Python ✅ Build automation, integrations, and platform engineering tools ✅ Deploy, configure, and support enterprise content management platforms (Alfresco, SharePoint Embedded, Box, Google Workspace) ✅ Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide Level 3 support ✅ Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation ✅ Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and vendor engineering teams ✅ Mentor team members and contribute to architecture and technical design Required Skills: ✔️ 8+ years of Software Engineering / DevOps / Platform Engineering experience ✔️ 5+ years of hands-on Python development ✔️ Strong Linux and/or Windows administration experience ✔️ Solid SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server preferred) ✔️ Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices ✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed environments Nice to Have: ⭐ Java development experience ⭐ Kubernetes or Podman ⭐ Ansible ⭐ Apache Tomcat ⭐ OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos ⭐ Maven or Gradle ⭐ Experience with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, Grok)
