About The Role We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at TRIOLOGY. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and continuous enhancement of our Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. You will implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD, manage deployment processes with Helm, and establish comprehensive monitoring and observability systems utilizing Prometheus and Grafana. Your expertise will help automate and streamline our CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins and Groovy, while managing infrastructure as code with Terraform. Additionally, you will containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker, and handle configuration management with tools like Ansible or Puppet. Collaboration across different cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and OpenShift will be a key aspect of your work, supporting our diverse cloud infrastructure needs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, with proven experience in managing Kubernetes environments. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Strong communication skills in both German (C1/C2 level) and English are essential for collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients. You should be comfortable working with new technologies, adapting to changing requirements, and maintaining composure under pressure. A solid understanding of automation tools, containerization, and infrastructure as code is required, along with familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or OpenShift.
