Forward Deployed Engineer (Hybrid – Berlin) We are working with a fast-growing AI startup looking for a Berlin-based Forward Deployed Engineer who is as comfortable in a customer environment as they are in a codebase. This is a role for someone who gets energy from solving hard technical problems in the field - embedding with customers, owning implementations end-to-end, and bringing the product to life in real-world, high-stakes environments. If you've worked in AI-native product environments and love the challenge of building and deploying at the edge of what's possible, this one's for you. REQUIRED PROFILE Experience in AI startups or AI-native product environmentsEnterprise integration experienceComfortable embedding with customers to solve technical and operational problemsStrong ownership mentality with the ability to operate independentlyAble to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, founders, and customersStrong problem-solving and implementation mindset TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Strong web engineering experiencePython or TypeScript experience required (ideally both)Experience working with AI products, AI workflows, LLMs, or modern AI toolingExperience with APIs, integrations, deployments, or customer implementationsTechnically strong enough to troubleshoot and implement solutions directly with customers Compensation: €70k – €130k base per annum + meaningful equity If this sounds like you, and you would like to know more, please apply - we would love to chat to you.
