Senior Support Engineer – Observability, SRE & DevOps
Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer with strong expertise in Observability, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and DevOps practices.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application and infrastructure reliability, monitoring, incident management, automation, and cloud operations across Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage observability solutions using Dynatrace, ELK, Splunk, and PagerDuty.Define and maintain SLI/SLOs, error budgets, and reliability metrics.Monitor and support Azure cloud infrastructure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution.Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using Terraform.Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance.Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
Required Skills
Experience in Production Support, SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Operations.Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, ELK Stack, Splunk, and PagerDuty.Strong understanding of SRE principles, SLI/SLO frameworks, and incident management.Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure managed services.Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers.Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native environments.
Preferred
Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, or Grafana.Azure certifications are a plus.
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
