Job Role-Java Full Stack Technical Lead Job Type- Contract Location- Melbourne Job Description- Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.Bridge frontend and backend teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions.Use Copilot/AI-assisted tools to understand, reverse engineer, and analyze existing codebases.Identify, design, and implement APIs and integration solutions.Drive technical design, code reviews, best practices, and application modernization.Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners in Agile delivery environments. Required Skills Java 8+/11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring SecurityMicroservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPAReact.js or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSSSQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL), MongoDBGit, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, Docker, KubernetesStrong API design and system integration experienceExperience with GitHub Copilot/Microsoft Copilot or similar AI coding toolsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skill Experience 10+ years in Java Full Stack Development2+ years leading technical teams and enterprise application delivery.
