Senior Software Engineer

The Role • Design, implement, and maintain large-scale distributed database systems for cloud environments. • Solve complex technical challenges across the full stack, from system internals to performance engineering. • Develop innovative software solutions to enhance service performance, durability, cost, and security. • Build high-quality, highly available, and always-on products for a global customer base. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions with technical expertise. • Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing. What You'll Need • 7+ years of professional software development experience. • 7+ years of programming experience in at least one software language. • 5+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems. • Proven experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
