Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to own the full delivery lifecycle of a multi-tenant AI SaaS platform across multiple major cloud providers. This role spans both day-to-day operational responsibilities and strategic architectural contribution. You will manage IaC for multi-customer cloud account provisioning, maintain cloud resources, and handle Kubernetes workload delivery via modern GitOps patterns. Additionally, you will build and maintain reusable CI/CD workflows and contribute to product feature enhancements through the design of architectural improvements, ensuring resiliency and security.

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to own the full delivery lifecycle of a multi-tenant AI SaaS platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
This role spans both day-to-day operational responsibilities and strategic architectural contribution.
Infrastructure & Cloud
Manage Terragrunt-wrapped Terraform IaC for multi-customer cloud account provisioningProvision and maintain cloud resources including EKS, AKS, RDS, Redis, ACR/ECR, KMS/Key Vault, and workload identity across cloud providersOnboard new clusters end-to-end from bootstrap scripts through ArgoCD app-of-apps patternsKubernetes & GitOps
Maintain GitOps-driven Kubernetes workload delivery via ArgoCD and HelmfileAuthor and promote Helm chart overlays across multiple environmentsDebug and remediate containerized workloads (Temporal, Authentik, kgateway, observability stacks) across cloud providersCI/CD & Automation
Build and maintain reusable GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows for Docker image builds, Terraform plan/apply gates, and cross-repo deploysTroubleshoot and remediate issues across a highly variable, multi-layer technology stackArchitecture & Engineering
