What You Will Do Design and ship production-ready backend services and agent-driven workflows using Python and domain-driven design to handle messy, real-world healthcare data.Build and iterate on user-facing interfaces and APIs that integrate seamlessly into the day-to-day operations of hospital infrastructure teams.Manage full-cycle cloud infrastructure and deployment on Azure, ensuring high reliability and performance for systems critical to hospital compliance and safety. The ideal candidate Has 1-5 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in Python (ideally Cosmic Python) and TypeScript/React, having built production systems from scratch.Demonstrates high agency and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, turning loosely defined problems into robust, well-architected technical solutions.Possesses practical experience deploying LLMs and agentic systems into real-world workflows, moving beyond experimentation to solve complex operational challenges.
