The Role
Develop and optimize existing and future digital products and backend services Select suitable backend technologies, implement technical solutions, and identify optimization potential Support the maintenance and further development of existing platform solutions Drive the technical evolution of backend systems for their key mobile application Take responsibility for error analysis and structured debugging processes Integrate internal backend services and automate processes
What You'll Need
Several years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, including current Senior-level responsibility Excellent knowledge of backend technologies (PHP, Java) Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservice architectures, and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Familiarity with CI/CD, automated tests, and DevOps tooling, ideally in an Azure environment Strong user-centric mindset for planning, implementation, review, and testing of features Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
