We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to build reliable, scalable cloud platforms that enable both our developers and our customers to succeed.

What you'll be doing
As our DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and operating the infrastructure behind Factory Harmonizer and our cloud services.
Your Work Includes
Building, maintaining and improving our cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes-based platformsDeveloping CI/CD pipelines and improving software deliveryAutomating infrastructure using Terraform, Helm and related technologiesImproving monitoring, observability and operational reliabilityTroubleshooting issues across applications, infrastructure, networking, databases and cloud servicesWorking closely with developers to improve developer experience and deployment processesBalancing security, scalability and reliability while keeping delivery practical and agileGradually taking ownership of platforms and technical responsibility areas based on your interests and expertise

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning continuously and solving problems collaboratively.
Ideally You Have
At least two years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure or System AdministrationExperience working with Kubernetes in production environmentsExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)Experience building CI/CD pipelinesGood Linux administration skillsScripting experience (Bash, Python or similar)A structured troubleshooting mindset and curiosity to investigate unfamiliar problemsExperience with Git and modern software development workflowsGood communication skills in English (Finnish is a plus)
Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys improving systems and taking responsibility.
We don't expect you to know every technology in our stack—we value curiosity and learning just as much as experience.
