Summary

A large-scale manufacturing organization with decades of industrial expertise is building an in-house engineering team to modernize production, logistics, and customer-facing systems. We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build web applications across the entire stack โ€” from intuitive front-end interfaces to back-end services and APIs. You will develop internal tools for production tracking, inventory management, and reporting, and build APIs that connect factory systems, ERP software, and business applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, logistics, management), writing clean and well-tested code, participating in code reviews, and shaping engineering practices and architecture. Required: proven production experience with React (hooks, state management, component architecture), strong Node.js back-end skills, hands-on GraphQL API design (schema, resolvers, performance), solid understanding of relational/NoSQL databases, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows. Good English communication is required; additional local languages are a strong plus. Manufacturing, logistics, or industrial experience is a bonus. The role offers competitive compensation, hybrid working, modern tooling, a collaborative environment, and the chance to build software with tangible industrial impact.
