Summary

We are seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and health of Azure cloud services powering advanced artificial intelligence platforms. You will investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop Infrastructure-as-Code automation to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate across multiple technical teams to strengthen platform security, disaster recovery, and overall observability. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field, at least two years of cloud operations experience, hands-on knowledge of Azure monitoring tools, and scripting proficiency.

Description

Key Responsibilities Monitor the availability, performance, and health of Azure cloud services supporting AI platforms.Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives to maintain platform resilience.Collaborate with engineering, MLOps, and platform teams to enhance monitoring, automation, and operational best practices.Contribute to platform security by supporting compliance, governance, and security monitoring activities.Develop and maintain automation using Infrastructure-as-Code and scripting to improve operational efficiency.Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.At least 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, or platform administration.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its monitoring tools, including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.Experience with scripting using PowerShell and/or Python.Basic understanding of Kubernetes (AKS), cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML environments is advantageous.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to respond effectively during production incidents.Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
