UI/UX Designer and Front-End Developer

We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can bridge the gap between Figma and production code. You won't just be handed a ticket, you'll proactively audit our product, identify UX/UI improvements, document the solution, and implement the code yourself. What You'll Do Identify & Solve — Proactively spot design inconsistencies or UX friction points without waiting for instructions.Design & Document — Create agile mockups and clear, lightweight specs.Build & Ship — Translate your designs into pixel-perfect, clean front-end code.Accelerate — Leverage AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0, etc.) to prototype and ship features at 10x speed.Extreme Ownership — You are self-sufficient. You see a problem, you fix it, you ship it.
