Develop and maintain backend services that power Grab's Transport AppCollaborate with Designers and Product Managers to deliver exceptional user experiencesOwn end-to-end software delivery, from problem definition through production releaseConduct code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to team membersSupport on-call operations and drive initiatives to reduce on-call burden for the teamDesign and implement SDLC agentic workflows to enhance team productivityEstablish technical standards for software development in the teamStay current with latest technologies and industry trends to lead innovation within the team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of software engineering experience, focused on designing and building scalable systemsProficiency in at least one backend programming languageExtensive experience with backend systems, including databases, caching, NoSQL, and application servers
