About the Role: Responsible for implementation and support of complex Telco grade solutions. Working with peers and key-stakeholders to successfully productionize, deploy and maintain platforms in both private and public cloud. Day to day you will be involved in: Working with Spark and Partner teams for Hardware commissioning and pre-work. Review Advance Cluster Manager (ACM) policies and localise to meet solution requirements Deploy OSP/OCP clusters using ACM Assist with Application teams with workload onboarding and troubleshooting Undertake platform and workload solution testing Support and troubleshooting What experience you'll bring? Core Strong Unix / Linux background (including command line), ideally working in an enterprise or telecommunication environment. Expert level experience on the following technology platforms. Redhat OpenShift Kubernetes v4.x Redhat OpenStack Director Operator implementation Redhat OpenStack Traditional deployment model Proven automation and Infrastructure and Code (IaS) code and policy development using tools including Redhat Advance Cluster Manager (ACM) Redhat Advance Cluster Security (ACS) Ansible Python A solid understanding of network switching and routing concepts, including OVS & OVN virtual switch technologies. Ability to independently plan, execute and troubleshoot complex deployments and updates using above referenced solutions Outstanding analytical ability and problem-solving skills Additional: Certification - RHCE, Red Hat Certified Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure, Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration or equivalent experience. Solid understanding of telco workloads, particularly 5G and 4G.
