What you are going to doAs the IT Product Manager for the Central Client Management team, you will be responsible for the strategy and roadmap of the Customer Data IT products within SAP BP. You will ensure that these products meet the needs of our internal business customers from the Bank, Non-life, and Life & Pension Business Units. You will lead the roadmap of a multidisciplinary DevOps team consisting of four sub-teams, playing a central role in all digital customer processes for these units. You do this in close collaboration with an Engineering manager who is responsible for the hiring and development of the engineers and their engineering practice.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Develop and implement the product vision and strategy for Customer Data IT products, focusing on customer needs and market developments. Develop and manage the corresponding budget planTeam Leadership: Direct, guide and coach the 4 Product Owners within the subteams, ensuring alignment with OKRsStakeholder Management: Manage a diverse and complex stakeholder landscape with excellent communication and collaboration. Effective stakeholder management is crucial to align expectations and integrate feedback into product developmentRobust IT Change Delivery: Ensure a solid IT change delivery process with reliable timelines. Additionally, you possess:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related field5-10 years of experience as a product owner or project/program manager, including developing and implementing product vision and strategy for business customers in the financial industryStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholdersProven track record of IT change delivery with reliable timelines and stable IT operational deliveryExperience in directing, guiding, and coaching team membersFamiliarity with working with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)Experience with SAP (BP) and its application in customer processes of an insurance company is a plusWho you will work withYou will be part of a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where innovation, collaboration, and agility are crucial.The C&D IT Central Client Management team consists of 4 subteams and about 25-30 FTE.
