Role Description
The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain the web applications that power Red Oak Enterprise's leasing platform.
This is a full time role focused on building and optimizing both front end interfaces and back end services, integrating APIs, and keeping data flowing cleanly across systems.
You will work with product, design, and engineering to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and take part in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to keep the platform fast and reliable.
Day to day work includes shipping new features, improving existing functionality, strengthening site responsiveness, and contributing to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong back end development skills, including building and maintaining server side logic and APIsProficiency in front end development, with experience building responsive interfaces using modern CSSHands on full stack experience across current web technologies and frameworksSolid understanding of databases, version control (Git), and cloud or hosting environmentsWorking knowledge of application security and cybersecurity best practices, including secure authentication, data protection, secrets management, input validation, and safe handling of sensitive tenant and financial dataAbility to write clean, maintainable code and apply best practices in testing, debugging, and performance optimizationEffective communication and collaboration skills in an on site team environmentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience with real estate, leasing, or marketplace platforms is a plus
