Role: Senior Backend Engineer
Location: Bellevue, WA
Compensation: $200,000+ (depending on experience)

Role Requirements
Design, build, and operate backend services powering enterprise AI products.Work across product, data, and infrastructure to deliver features end-to-end.Help shape the next generation of a platform moving from technical users to executive stakeholders.Build integrations, APIs, SDKs, and systems that connect data from a wide variety of enterprise sources.Work with large-scale datasets, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems.Leverage AI tools as a natural part of the engineering workflow.
Profile Signals
5+ years of software engineering experience.Strong backend fundamentals with experience in languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, Go, or similar.Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.Experience building scalable systems, APIs, and cloud-native applications.Exposure to data platforms, data architecture, or complex data ecosystems is a plus.Experience with SDK development, public APIs, or security-focused engineering is beneficial.Naturally curious, hands-on, and willing to work outside traditional role boundaries.
