Job Description Join Telemachus as a Software Engineer to build the core internal platform that enables rapid, scalable company creation. You will design systems handling tens of millions in revenue, interface across the business to define technical requirements, and own the outcomes of your code. This is a high-intensity, generalist role for ambitious engineers. What You Will Do Design and scale robust systems capable of managing tens of millions in revenue for the various companies Telemachus creates.Interface with company builders to identify operational bottlenecks and build automated, AI-native solutions to replace traditional business processes.Take full ownership of the software lifecycle, from initial architectural brainstorming to deploying systems that handle critical business functions. The ideal candidate Demonstrates exceptional intellect and drive, potentially evidenced by founding a company, winning Olympiad medals, or succeeding in elite academic paths.Possesses the technical ability to design and manage complex systems, particularly those leveraging AI-native tools like LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code.Thrives in an intense, in-person London environment and is willing to work long hours to build something of significant economic importance.
