Microsoft Copilot Developer

Copilot Developer Position Overview We are seeking a highly technical Copilot Developer to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Modern Work solutions that drive productivity, automation, and collaboration across the organization. This role will focus on leveraging Microsoft Copilot technologies, Power Platform solutions, and Microsoft 365 services to deliver innovative business solutions and enhance the employee experience. The successful candidate will possess strong development expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem and have hands-on experience building custom solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Platform technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Modern Work solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.Create and configure custom Copilot agents and AI-powered business solutions using Copilot Studio.Develop applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Support Microsoft 365 deployment, adoption, and optimization initiatives.Integrate Microsoft technologies to improve productivity, collaboration, and business processes.Provide technical guidance and best practices related to Modern Work and Copilot technologies.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring solution performance and scalability.Required Qualifications Proven experience developing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.Hands-on experience with:Microsoft Copilot StudioCopilot Agent DevelopmentMicrosoft Power PlatformPower AppsPower AutomateMicrosoft 365 technologiesExperience supporting or participating in Microsoft 365 deployments and implementations.Strong problem-solving and technical design skills.Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-powered business solutions and Microsoft Copilot technologies.Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Work architecture and best practices.Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services.Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Copilot technologies are considered an asset.Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a highly technical Microsoft developer with deep expertise in Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
