This is a senior backend engineering opportunity focused on building and scaling the distributed systems that power a real-time engagement platform serving millions of users globally.
You'll work on high-throughput services responsible for processing large volumes of events, improving platform reliability, and building cloud-native applications that can scale as customer adoption continues to grow.

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience building backend applications using Java Experience developing microservices and distributed systems Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments Experience building event-driven systems using Kafka Strong understanding of scalable system design, performance, and reliability Experience working with relational databases and RESTful APIs
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Scala, Go, or Node.js Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS or similar cloud platforms Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting Experience working within Agile engineering teams Strong communication and collaboration skills

The Offer
Base Salary ranges from $130K to $175K + Bonus and Comprehensive Benefits.
