We Move People, and People Move Us! Job description: We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 5–7 years of experience building and delivering production-grade web applications. The ideal candidate has strong Python expertise, experience working in cross-functional teams, and a solid understanding of modern AI-powered architectures. Qualifications: 5–7 years of backend engineering experience. Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks. Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and cloud-native applications. Strong SQL and relational database design skills. Experience with testing practices (unit, integration, and TDD). Knowledge of web security, authentication, and authorization. Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and RAG. Experience with Python-based AI services and data pipelines. Familiarity with web/application servers (Apache, Tomcat, IIS, Node.js). English B2+ - C1
