Position Summary:
A product engineering team inside a nationally recognized healthcare environment is building web and mobile experiences that make care feel more connected, accessible, and easier to navigate.
The work supports real patient and care team needs, including scheduling, messaging, wellness support, and virtual care.
As the team continues expanding through new AI-driven engineering initiatives, they are adding a Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend expertise.
This person will help build modern React and Next.js applications while also contributing across the broader stack, including React Native features, backend integrations, APIs, and architectural decisions across a complex multi-tenant cloud environment.
The engineering ecosystem includes TypeScript, React, React Native, Next.js, Node.js, cloud-native services, serverless architecture, automated testing, and AI-assisted development workflows.
The ideal candidate enjoys building scalable user experiences, optimizing frontend performance within distributed cloud environments, and contributing to full-stack product development that delivers meaningful real-world impact.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional background.6+ years building production-grade applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.Strong hands-on background developing modern web applications with React.Experience contributing to mobile or cross-platform features using React Native.Solid understanding of frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, responsive design, and UI performance.Comfort working in API-driven, full-stack product environments with exposure to Node.js, cloud-based services, automated testing, and AI-assisted development tools.Experience using AI-assisted development tools for implementation, testing, debugging, or code review support.
