About The Role
The role owns the development and optimization of high-performance user-facing web applications, ensuring seamless responsive design, robust state management, and low latency across all modern browsers.
The engineering team collaborates closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and polished frontend interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and build scalable, maintainable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworksOptimize application performance by reducing bundle sizes, implementing effective caching strategies, and minimizing render cyclesCollaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and design systems into pixel-perfect, accessible UI componentsIntegrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing local and remote state efficiently with tools like Redux Toolkit or React QueryWrite comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and CypressParticipate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to frontend architecture standards and best practices
What We Are Looking For
3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a heavy focus on modern frontend developmentDeep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and modern React ecosystems including hooks and concurrent renderingProven track record of building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade web applications at scaleStrong understanding of web performance metrics, SEO best practices, and WAI-ARIA accessibility standardsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: Experience with Next.js, SSR/SSG architectures, or mobile development using React Native
