RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the main point of contact with US Repo officers (traders, sales, middle office) regarding tools such as pricing, reporting, deal analysis, and data analyticsDesign and develop solutions for trading desksManage software releases, configuration, monitoring, and support of production systems and infrastructureProvide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support to end usersTroubleshoot technical and functional issues in a complex global financial environmentGather business requirements and contribute to solution developmentManage multiple workstreams concurrently and prioritize effectivelyContribute to system migration and modernization by replacing legacy Excel-based tools with APIs and web-based solutionsImprove processes to reduce support timeEnsure delivery aligns with business requirementsApply IT best practices to improve software qualityFollow Agile and Continuous Delivery methodologiesContribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across teams
Mandatory
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or related field2โ5 years of experience as a developerStrong object-oriented programming skillsGood knowledge of design patterns (e.g., MVVM)Experience with .NET (C# 4.5+, .NET Core or newer)Experience with database technologies and SQLExperience using Git or other source control toolsUnderstanding of Agile and CI/CD practicesStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage multiple priorities and escalate when neededStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build relationships with stakeholders
