Role: Full Stack Software Engineer
Location & Travel Requirements: Requires extensive travel, estimated at approximately 80% of working time.

Job Description:
Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications by writing code that is readable, testable, maintainable, and scalableDemonstrated experience working collaboratively with other developers, as well as technical and non-technical people within software teamsHands-on experience and willingness to learn across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL)Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CDStrong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliabilityExperience working in Agile teams, including active participation in sprint ceremoniesExperience pair programming collaboratively with other developersExceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local language, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
