Front-End Software Engineer (JavaScript/TypeScript/React)

We're partnering with a leading quantitative trading firm that's continuing to invest heavily in its engineering teams. They're looking for a talented Software Engineer to help build the next generation of high-performance trading applications used by traders, quants, and researchers across global markets. This is an opportunity to work on complex, data-intensive applications where performance, usability, and reliability are critical. You'll be building sophisticated web-based platforms that process and visualise large volumes of real-time financial data. Working as part of a highly collaborative engineering team, you'll design and develop modern frontend applications that power trading workflows. You'll work closely with traders, product specialists, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. You'll be involved in: Building complex, interactive data grids and financial dashboardsDeveloping responsive, performant web applications handling real-time market dataCreating reusable UI components and internal frontend librariesOptimising rendering performance for large datasetsCollaborating with backend teams to integrate low-latency APIsInfluencing architecture and frontend best practices We're interested in engineers with strong experience building sophisticated web applications rather than simple websites.
