The Role
The organisation is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a growing engineering team.
You’ll help evolve the core platform and contribute to new digital products, including a patient-facing portal and an emerging AI-driven solution.
This is a hands-on role with genuine influence over architecture, technical decisions and product direction.
You’ll work across web, mobile and cloud-based systems, collaborating with product, DevOps and clinical-facing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, building and maintaining scalable, secure web applicationsDeveloping backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)Building modern frontend applications using React and React NativeWorking with SQL and NoSQL databases, contributing to data modelling and performance optimisationEnhancing Electron-based desktop applicationsBuilding integrations with services and third‑party systemsContributing to cloud and presentation-layer architectureWorking with DevOps to deliver highly available systems on AWSTaking ownership of complex technical challenges and mentoring other developers
Technology Stack
Core (hands-on experience expected):
