Role: Senior Fullstack Engineer
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Onsite, 3 days/week)
Compensation: $250,000+ compensation!

They are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their team and play a key role in building and scaling their technology from the ground up.
The Role
A Full-Stack Software Engineer who thrives on working across the entire product surface -backend systems, frontend applications, infrastructure, and AI-powered features.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building end-to-end solutions rather than operating within a narrow specialization.
You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and research teams to create reliable, scalable, and user-focused software.
The systems you develop will run on robotic platforms operating in complex and adversarial environments.
Responsibilities
Build and ship full-stack features from concept to productionDesign and implement scalable backend services and APIsDevelop intuitive, high-performance frontend applicationsIntegrate AI/ML capabilities into real-world user workflowsImprove system architecture, reliability, and developer experienceWork directly with users and stakeholders to refine product directionContribute to infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and monitoringHelp shape engineering culture, processes, and technical standardsQualifications
2–5 years of full-stack engineering experience (startup or high-ownership environment preferred)Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)Experience building backend systems (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systemsProven track record of shipping production software end-to-endComfortable working across unfamiliar parts of the stack
