As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll take end-to-end ownership of your product in a modern DevOps culture. You'll be responsible for architecture, design, development, testing and operations and deliver incrementally in iterative cycles. Contribute to platform stability by investigating and resolving production incidents, participating in post-mortems, and helping to prioritise and address technical debt. What You Offer Experience across the board with a strong depth of knowledge in building Java based applications for the cloud with Springboot and relational databases Experience using Agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Gemini CLI, etc) Good understanding of how to build performant, resilient, decoupled software systems with high standards on code maintainability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and BAs A proactive mindset with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Ability to write code and lead design decisions by engaging in POCs and high performant, critical code components An understanding on service-oriented and micro-services architecture Knowledge of open-source libraries, tools and frameworks Applied understanding of tech obsolescence, regulatory compliance, security and privacy requirements An Agile mindset and keen interest in software engineering across a range of technologies Experience in Modern Java, Containers, Cloud Platforms, Microservices, APIs, SQL and NoSQL Databases, Event Streaming, Data Analytics, Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery or Site Reliability Engineering is valuable.
