Senior Software Engineer – Hybrid Melbourne CBD – $140,000–$180,000 + Super + Bonus A well established financial services organisation is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative, high performing engineering team. This is a hands-on role building production grade systems across a modern full stack environment, with real ownership and clear visibility across the business. The team is well invested, moving at pace, and increasingly embedding AI capability into core workflows. You'll work across the full stack with meaningful scope - not just feature work, but architecture decisions and genuine cross-functional impact.
