Position: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Toronto ON
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.Lead technical delivery initiatives and collaborate effectively with offshore development teams.Participate in solution architecture, application design, and technical decision-making.Develop and support RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.Apply strong problem-solving skills and design thinking to address complex business and technical challenges.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to development best practices.Leverage AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and related cloud technologies for application deployment and management.Drive quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.Must have prior experience in the Financial Services domain (Banking, Capital Markets, FinTech, or Insurance).
