Platform Engineer | D365 F&O | Azure DevOps | I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading retail business undergoing significant investment in its technology landscape. They're looking for a Platform Engineer to play a key role in supporting and improving a business-critical ecosystem spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Azure DevOps, ecommerce platforms, and cloud-based integrations. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys owning platform stability, improving operational processes, and ensuring systems remain reliable during periods of business growth. Key Responsibilities: Supporting a complex D365 and ecommerce technology estate.Driving platform reliability and service improvements.Managing releases and deployment activities.Monitoring platform performance and availability.Supporting integrations between key business systems.Troubleshooting production issues and reducing recurring incidents.Working with internal teams and technology partners.Ensuring security, compliance, and operational best practice.Contributing to future platform enhancements and optimisation. Key Skills: Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipeline experience.Background in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrations.Knowledge of cloud-hosted platforms and modern architecture.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 📍 London Area | Hybrid Working Interested in learning more?
