Senior Software Engineer $230,000–$280,000 + Equity San Fransisco, CA (Onsite) We're partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup that's building products at the forefront of autonomous software. They're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys shipping quickly, and wants to shape the next generation of AI-powered developer tools. The Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll own products end-to-end—from technical design and backend architecture through to polished user experiences. You'll work closely with customers, rapidly iterate on feedback, and help define how AI-native products are built. What You'll Do Own features from concept through production across the full stack.Design scalable APIs, data models, and intuitive frontend experiences.Partner directly with customers to gather feedback and drive rapid iteration.Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-quality product experiences.Make technical decisions in ambiguous environments and drive execution independently.Raise the engineering bar through strong ownership and craftsmanship. What You'll Bring Proven experience shipping customer-facing products end-to-end.Deep knowledge of React and modern web application architecture.Strong backend fundamentals, API design, and data modeling experience.Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.Passion for AI-native products and leveraging AI throughout your development workflow.
