Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs.Build high-quality, reliable, and secure enterprise-grade software solutions.Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features.Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access layers for performance and scalability.Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in enterprise production environments.Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance improvements.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation for efficient software delivery.Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.3–5 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software development.Strong experience building backend applications and RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of database design and development, including SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Experience deploying and supporting enterprise-scale applications.Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and version control (Git).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Technical Skills
Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.Experience working with containerization technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Exposure to monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience developing or integrating AI-powered or agentic systems, including LLM-based applications, AI agents, or workflow automation.Experience with event-driven architectures or messaging systems.Familiarity with modern authentication and security standards (OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect).
