Product Engineer (AI) | Stockholm | Hybrid I'm partnering with an exciting early-stage AI company in Stockholm that's looking to hire a Product Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered software. This is an opportunity to join a well-funded startup at an exciting stage of growth, where you'll have genuine ownership over the product, work closely with experienced founders, and ship features that customers use every day. They're looking for an engineer who enjoys building products from the ground up—someone who thinks beyond the code, understands users, and wants to play a key role in shaping both the product and the engineering culture. What you'll be doing Building AI-powered product features from concept through to production.Working across the stack to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.Integrating LLMs, AI agents and modern AI tooling into customer-facing products.Collaborating closely with product, design and leadership to solve real customer problems.Owning features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through to deployment and iteration. What they're looking for Commercial experience building software products used by real customers.Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using LLMs, AI agents or similar technologies.Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go or React.A product-first mindset with a genuine interest in building features that create customer value.Experience working in startup or scale-up environments is highly desirable.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline. Nice to have Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph or MCP.Experience building AI products from 0→1.Cloud experience (AWS, GCP or Azure).Docker, Kubernetes or distributed systems experience.
