Description

The Software Developer – RCS Applications plays a critical role in strengthening the connection between field operations and global R&D by ensuring RCS-based automation solutions continuously evolve based on real customer needs. The role focuses on analysing field performance, resolving technical issues, and implementing software improvements to enhance system reliability, product quality, and operational outcomes. This position works closely with site teams, customers, and global engineering functions to accelerate innovation, improve deployment success, and embed automation expertise within the regional organization.
