We are seeking an Ag Tech Field Engineer to join a global leader in dairy management solutions, offering a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with the future of livestock production. With practical experience providing technical support for hardware and software systems, you will become a trusted technical expert across the business, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues while supporting both customers and dealer partners across Victoria. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive remote and onsite technical support for the portfolio of products, including after-sales assistance to regional sales managers and dealersConduct technical training sessions for dealer technicians and support staff to strengthen their understanding of product hardware and softwareEnable effective knowledge transfer by ensuring dealers’ technical and support staff gain a thorough understanding of the product, including both hardware and softwareProvide pre-sales technical support to sales teams and dealers, promoting collaboration and identifying opportunities to increase salesParticipate in global support team training, technical service activities, and special projects as assigned by managementParticipate in global technical service activity and provide technical support to customers outside of Australia as neededProvide timely reports as required by the region’s management Qualifications: A minimum of three years’ practical experience providing technical service and support for multidisciplinary hardware and software systems Required Skills: Highly organised, able to manage own diary and prioritise workloadsExcellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a wide range of audiencesThe ability to deliver presentations for training purposes, relaying technical information both in person and online clearly and effectivelySelf-motivated and driven to consistently deliver outstanding customer serviceTechnically minded with a practical, solutions-focused approachStrong leadership qualities, able to lead installation teams effectivelyCollaborative team player with the ability to work independently and take initiativeFull, clean driving licence with a willingness to travel as requiredA strong technical background in WiFi systems, specifically within IT / networking and windows environmentsValid passport Preferred Skills: Experience and/or knowledge of the dairy sectorExperience in dairy farm working environment Pay range and compensation package: A competitive salary and benefits package, including a bonus and company car, commensurate with the successful candidate's level of experience.
